(Rolla, Mo.) - The postseason accolades continue to roll in for Missouri S&T's
Krista Haslag (Linn, Mo./Helias ) as she was named to the Daktronics All-Midwest Region second team as voted on by the region's sports information directors. Last week she was named to the AVCA's All-Midwest Region team and was voted the region's freshman of the year.
Haslag finished the season leading the Great Lakes Valley Conference in hitting percentage (.342) and blocks per set with 1.34. She is currently 10
th in all of Division II in blocks per set and her hitting percentage is in the top third of the nation. She was second on the team averaging 2.79 kills/set and set single season school records for assisted blocks (142) and total blocks (159). She was a first team All-GLVC selection and the conference's co-freshman of the year.
The Miners finished their 2012 season with a 20-13 mark, 15-3 GLVC, were West Division champs for a second straight year and advanced to the GLVC semifinals.
