Emerged as a key component in the Miner running game during the second half of the 2007 season…finished with 334 yards on the ground and scored three times…had a career-high 137 yards rushing in the Miners’ Homecoming win over Central State, then ran for 106 the following week against Lincoln…also had five receptions for 22 yards…was redshirted in 2006…was named as his team’s most valuable player and as a first-team all-star at his high school...rushed for 1,350 yards as a senior and was ranked as one of the top 30 prep players in Toronto...played at Vanier College in Canada and was the team’s most valuable player last season after rushing for 825 yards and five touchdowns; was third in his conference in rushing.
